Finally, I've gotten down to reading the Da Vinci's Code.

It was a good read, but I think what really appealed to people was the controversy that erupts when the faith of Christians is shaken.

Based on storyline and background, it was detailed and well-documented, and I really liked that part. However, I wasn't blown away by his style of writing. Soph told me that Angels and Demons is a better read.. I've just started on that.

I'm going to squeeze as much reading as I can get into this one week and then for the summer, cos once the semester starts again I'm not going to have the time. It really sucks to know that my reading life has to be replaced by the analysis of text books. Oh well, it's a choice I made I guess.

Oh Soph and I were contemplating on a movie to catch the other day, and due to the constraints of time, we picked Keeping Mum. I've heard mixed reviews about it after we watched it, but I guess it was the element of surprise that did it for us. We didn't expect anything out of the show, and it was a pleasantly dark surprise for us.

The show was really weird, not the kind of dark comedy that I would normally like, but it was weird to the extent that I actually liked it. I hope that those of you who haven't heard of it or didn't plan on watching it at least give it a shot on VCD. If you don't like it, then ......... well I couldn't care less honestly.

Meanwhile........ in other more exciting news............................... my new project starts tomorrow!! woohooo!! hopefully I'll be allowed to take some pics ... hope Sam doesn't act like an ass about his copyright and shit. If so, it'll be fun to show all of you the progress of my next piece. I really hope it's gonna be a better experience than the last piece. The colours for the last piece haven't really healed properly yet. Kinda sucks everytime it gets inflammed and shit. Oh well.. at least I'm happy with it.
